do you offer returns or refunds?

As a handmade small start up business, no we do not offer refunds, returns or size changes.  
~ Please make sure you check our sizing chart before purchasing your shirt.


what if my garment is damaged?

In the unlikely event your garment arrives damaged; eg. ripped, stained, holes, fallen buttons - please email hello.esmaylabel@gmail.com with photos. Here at Esmay Label each garment is unique & has compulsory quality checks before packaging.

is international shipping available?

Yes.

what are custom orders?

Custom shirts are available for local Australian orders only ~ which include:
*picking your size ~ from our size chart. 
* pick your own fabric. 
* pick your own coloured thread.
* pick your buttons.


will custom orders be available for alterations after delivery?

As this is a custom shirt, no alterations will be accepted after delivery. All custom orders are discussed & approved by you [ the client ] before the production stage. Please note: custom orders are different to the shirts on the website. You will need to email hello.esmaylabel@gmail.com to place a custom order.

 
can I choose my own buttons?

Yes. All shirts will come with the standard Coconut buttons, unless stated otherwise. If you would like the Tagua Nut Buttons in the colour Natural Ivory instead of the Coconut buttons ~ Please state that in the boxed section located in your 'cart'.
